Our mission is to provide thorough, comprehensive neurological evaluation, diagnosis and treatment in an environment of personalized, compassionate care.
Our philosophy
The evaluation and care of patients with neurological disease is both complex and challenging. In recent years, considerable research has improved our knowledge of these disorders. To provide optimal care, neurological expertise must be combined with detailed clinical evaluation to achieve a correct diagnosis. Personalized, patient-centered care is often most successful in treating these diseases and is aided by open collaboration between the patient and physician.
Whether you come to our office for an EMG test or for ongoing medical care, we pledge to provide the highest level of care and to be considerate, compassionate and respectful to you, our patient.
David Wilkinson, MD
Dr. Wilkinson is a native Oregonian who attended medical school at McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, an institution known both for a tradition of rigorous clinical training in medicine and a history of cutting-edge neurological care and research. He came home to Portland to pursue a neurology internship and residency at Oregon Health and Science University. He then went to the prestigious Cleveland Clinic Foundation for a fellowship in clinical neurophysiology, 
EMG and muscular neurology.
Dr. Wilkinson returned to the Northwest to care for patients in the community he loves. He and his wife have two children and together they have made their home here. Dr. Wilkinson is devoted to serving our community through his work.
Sherri Schoch, Clinical Manager
Sherri sincerely enjoys working with patients and their families, helping to make sure they have the information they need to move forward with their treatment and care. She is knowledgeable, thorough and has over twenty years of experience with office management and medical billing. Originally from eastern Washington, Sherri has been living in the Portland area with her family since 1986.
